Items shipping to locations in Australia, US or UK will be sent via Australia Post Express Post.

All customers are issued a tracking number at the time of shipment to allow for tracking of your package. Please note that some international deliveries may be subject to import and customs fees, charges, taxes, or duties. All such expenses are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by By Shannon Malone

Please provide a daytime delivery address as your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. The package must be signed for when it is delivered. When making your purchase please make sure you provide an address where you are certain someone is going to be available to sign for the package. Parcels cannot be left by request. If you have any special or urgent delivery requests, please email hi@byshannonmalone.com. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking number to check on your order via Australia Post. 

All care is taken to promptly deliver your order, however By Shannon Malone takes no responsibility for delays in postage not in our control. We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by insufficient delivery information.


Returns & Exchanges

It is important to us that you love your By Shannon Malone purchase. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us via hi@byshannonmalone.com.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted on full price merchandise only. All sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless deemed faulty). 

All items must be returned to By Shannon Malone in unworn, unlaundered, original condition with original tags, packaging and no alterations affecting the merchandise resale potential. By Shannon Malone reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet the above requirements.

To make a return or exchange, please email hi@byshannonmalone.com within 48 hours of receiving your item to request return confirmation. Let us know your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Following this, a confirmation email will be sent to you including our return address details and instructions for your returning item. We require that all merchandise must be returned within 7 business days from the date we send your return confirmation email. All goods must be sent via a trusted delivery service that has tracking capabilities and requires a signature upon delivery.

Responsibility of the item remains with the purchaser until the item is received by By Shannon Malone. Shannon Malone does no accept responsibility for packages that are not shipped by our dispatch team. The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs; including local duties & taxes applicable to international orders. We do not refund any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product. We do not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty.

If you feel you have received a faulty product, we kindly ask you to email us your order number with a description of the fault and return the item to us for assessment. We will endeavour to repair or replace the item in the first instance. Failing this, we will issue you with an exchange, online store credit or refund for the original amount on your order invoice.

By Shannon Malone will not repair/exchange/refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.

We accept payments via Stripe. All prices are in AUD.

By Shannon Malone takes no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at the receivers end.
